Weekend

Weekends are so hard. My husband and kids are with me all day and they are not always on the same healthy page as me and it makes it hard on me. Suggestions for bad food, watching tv and not moving around or going for my walks, especially if it is rainy, like today, do not help me at all. So far today things have went great, I did some dancing to get exercise and I ate great all day. I am thrilled with my progress.

Goals

I have decided to break this weight loss journey down into small goals, so currently I have 20 goals, 5 lbs each, to lose 100 lbs. After that I will do this again but one step at a time. So far I have met 2 goals so now I have 18 left!!!  In my mind 18 isn’t such a scary number if you know what I mean.

Water weight gone!

I can’t believe that I can have this much water retention so hopefully some of it is actually fat I’m losing I have been doing awesome with my food intake and exercise. I am so excited to really do this and stick with it. I am looking forward to this next week and hoping for a good weigh-in next Friday!
